November 17, 2011- Homicide: 541 E. River Road, Rochester, NY

Louis Dash – Black Male – 73 years old

On 11/17/2011 at 07:15 am, the Rochester Fire Department responded to an area under the Interstate 390 expressway which was located in Genesee Valley Park for a report of a vehicle fire.  Louis Dash was discovered in the vehicle deceased (in the truck of his 2002 Cadillac DeVille). His family had not seen him for 1 ½ days and had planned to file a missing person report when they received word of incident at Genesee Valley Park.
